He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph A. Moore and Anna Jane Moore (Howard); and his siblings, Ralph Moore and Sharon Ann Moore. He is survived by: his wife Carol Moore; his children, Maria Morgan (Dave), Chuck Moore (Missy) and Ralph Moore (Tamela); his grandchildren, David Morgan II (Sarah), Alexia Morgan, Austin Moore, Caleb Moore, Aaron Avery, Kyle Moore and Cody Moore; and his siblings, Patty Willeford (James), Anna Dorthea "Sis" Moore, Mike Moore (Debbie) and Kathy Moore. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
