He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Adams and Janet F. Adams (Williams); and his brother Charles "Bub" Adams. He is survived by: his wife Leigh Anne Adams; his children, Jessica Adams, Ashley Slusser (Cameron), Alyxandria Adams (Nick LaPrarie) and Devon Adams; his siblings, Rhonda Moreland, Sandy Runions (Carl) and Rick Adams (Carol); and his pet Boo Boo. He is also survived by numerous nieces, cousins, and friends.

Donations may be given to the funeral home to assist the family with final expenses.
