He was predeceased by: his parents, Gardner Bishop and Mary Bishop (Carter). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bishop; his children, Tara Minor (Shawn) and Justin Bishop; his grandchildren, Trayli Monroe (Matthew), Kole Minor, Tate Minor, Tripp Bishop and Zane Bishop; his siblings, Wanda Daniel (Alan) and Andy Bishop (Crystal); and his sister-in-law Darlene Bishop-Driscoll. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Solid Rock Church (903 Union Rd, Lebanon, OH 45036). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
