She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Stitzel and Cecelia Stitzel (Wiegand); and her siblings, Leroy, Edwin Jr., Thomas, James, Charles Stitzel, Carol Conover, Judith Helton and Joan M. Stitzel.
She is survived by: her husband James R. Meinhardt; her children, James K. Meinhardt (Paula), Dawn Carter (Robert) and Tammy Charles; and her brother Michael Stitzel Sr.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; a sister.
