He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne L. Sapp and Virginia Sapp (Cropper). He is survived by: his wife Marlene; his daughters, Belinda Cramblett of Cambridge and Cindi Quarles of Cambridge; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Christie, James Goshen, Brianna Jackson (Aaron), Destini Waggoner (Tanner), Devon Sapp and Shelly Tudor. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
