He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Pulley and Edith Whitley Pulley; and his sister Dorothy Bonnell. He is survived by: his children, Linda Pulley of Cambridge, Tammy Pulley of Zanesville, Joe 'Tamara Pulley of Byesville and Mike 'Beth Pulley of Zanesville; his siblings, Wanda Smith of Barnesville, James Pulley of Quaker City and Butch Pulley of Cambridge; his grandchildren, Billy 'Veronica Mason, Timothy Pulley, Austin Pulley, Destiney Pulley and Justin Moore; and his great grandchildren, Zayden 'Jake Mason and Ryker Mason.
In lieu of Flowers donations may be made to the Bond Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
