He is survived by: his wife Shirley Blattner (Williams); his daughters, Vicki (Joe DeLucas), Kristi (Bobby Bickford) and Tami (Dale McCulley); his grandchildren, Adessa, Ryan Eskridge, Kyle, Elizabeth Bickford, Troy, Brandi McCulley, Drew McCulley and Shelly DeLucas (Erica Toki); his great grandchildren, Elliott Rose, Jacob Eskridge, Rhett Bickford, Peyton, Alexis Rose McCulley, Owen and Dawsen McCulley; and his niece Joyce Cale (family: David Gatrell, Jodi, Cade Saling, Tiffany Ansberry, Bob, Candy Reardon).
