He was predeceased by: his parents, Rass Sr. Richardson and Darlene Oakley Richardson (Baer) of Carey's Run; his stepfather Don Richardson (Ribs); his brothers, Rass Jr. and Don; his in-laws, Thomas and Dale Hoots; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Oakley and Larry Ball.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Rae Hoots; his daughters, Lori Lee Moorehead (Jon) and Kellie Rae Brown (Tim); his grandchildren, Taylor Fillbach, Tanner Moorehead (Lyndsey), Brandon Brown (Haley) and Samie Brown; his great grandchildren, Xayia Moorehead, Oakley Fillbach and Boston Moorehead; his sister-in-law Teddy Ball; and his stepbrother John Oakley (Jennifer). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Faith United Methodist Church or the Hospice of Guernsey.
