He is survived by: his wife Sandra Ann "Moochie" Fowler (Stewart); his children, Thomas Joseph Fowler (Caren Brown Jones) and Hattie Stinard (Tim); his grandchildren, Brittany Funk (James Tipton), Ashley Baker (Tyler) and Derek Fowler (Erika Cameron); his great grandchildren, Skyleigh, Ashlynn Tipton, Zoey and Max Baker; his sister Guyla Sellers (Don); his sister-in-law Charlene Fitzpatrick (Dave); and his close friend Rhea Stinard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
