She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Hubal and Helen Hubal (Zvolensky); and her husband Grover Welker. She is survived by: her siblings, Tim Hubal (Beth) of Senecaville, Tom Hubal (Alicia Wilson) of Howard and Tina Hubal (Roy Tehoke) of Buckeyeville; her niece Danielle Wayne; her nephew Tim Hubal Jr.; and her great-nephews, Dylan, Sam, Reed and Chance.
