He was predeceased by: his wife Mona; his mother Barbara Pennington (Galloway); and his brother Daniel Tom (MaryAnn). He is survived by: his father Milton Tom; his daughters, Angela Hanzey, Jennifer Pennington, Erin Anderson (Dale Crawford) and Amy Francis (Mike); and his brother Rick Pennington (Ann). He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
