He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph L. Moore and Bernice Marie Moore (Cox); and his brother Gary Moore. He is survived by: his children, Joseph W. Moore (Mandy), Jennifer M. Blattner (Jerry) and Benjamin Clark Moore; his sister Kimberly Ann Kohl; and his brother-in-law Scott Kohl. He is also survived by six grandchildren; four great grandchildren; several sister and brother-in-laws and many nieces and nephews.
