Bates (Dodd); his children, Kevin Bates (Misti), Keith Bates (Susan) and Jo Ellen Starr (Dan); his grandchildren, Kyle Bates (Becca), Amanda Warnock (Nick), Jessie Hall (Jeremy), Luke Bates (Alyssa), Daniel Starr (Olivia), Jenny Allen, Wendy Wynn (Josh), Jacob Starr, Annie Gadd (Ethan) and Sarah Starr; and his great grandchildren, Bailey Jennings, Payton Hall, Easton Hall, Ella Hall, Leah Hall, Dylan Sims, Hayden Bates, Haylee Bates, Dane Allen, Brylee Allen, Aly Bates, Quinn Bates, Reese Wynn, Rhett Wynn, Parker Wynn and Hunter Starr. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters- in law; and nieces and nephews.
