As Roberta departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Roberta may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Roberta leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard T. Barnett Sr. and Leah M. Barnett (Shearer); and her husband Terry R. Harrah. She is survived by: her son Tom Perkins (Allyson) of Byesville; her brother Richard T. Barnett Jr. (Brenda) of New Bern, NC; her grandchildren, Myranda Duda and Ryan Perkins; her great grandchildren, Eli, Hunter and Audrey; and her sister-in-law Vicki Prupis of Utah. She is also survived by several cousins; five nephews; and a niece.
