He is survived by: his sister-in-law Dixie L. Barlow; and his nephews, Ed Barlow (Pam) of Cambridge, Michael Barlow (Carol) of Atlanta, GA and David Barlow of Cambridge. He is also survived by many grand nephews and nieces and cousins.
