He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Reed and Mary L. Howiler Reed; and his brother-in-law Steve Scrapchansky. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Reed (Karri Stover) of Byesville, OH, Amy Neff of Cambridge and Doug Reed (Sarah Reed); his grandchildren, Abigail Neff, Kaitlin Neff, Shelby Stover, Samantha Wigington, Earah Reed and Matix Reed; his great grandchildren, Wyatt Dolan and Axel Robert Neff; and his siblings, Carol Wheeler (Howard) of Antrim, OH, Barbara Scrapchansky of New Concord, OH and David Reed (Jean) of Quaker City, OH.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
