He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edgar, Verna Applegate, Victor, Justine Wiseman and Lorna McClelland; and his in-laws, Earl and Janet White.
He is survived by: his mother Dreama Ann Mosher (Wiseman) of Sebring, FL; his stepfather Thomas Alton Mosher; his father David Edgar Applegate of Cambridge; his siblings, Alyssa Woodard (Josh) and Aarika Applegate (Brad Barclay); his grandchildren, Robert Bexlee, Wylee, Dayzee Woodard, Knox Watson, Blade and MyLiegh Barclay; his brothers, Mitchell Lee Applegate (Julie), Kenny Applegate (Mary) and Davey Applegate (Darlene); and his sisters-in-law, Debby Butler (Duane Luft), Denise Stover (Ed), Diane StClair (Mike) and Dawn Shehadeh (George). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins.
