He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Kay Combs (Burris). He is survived by: his brother Steven Combs; his parents, Ronald D. Combs and Rebecca A. Combs (Klein) of Cambridge; his daughter Jaelyn K. Combs of Cambridge; his stepsons, Jeff W. Miller (Jacki) and Ryan D. Miller (Kirsten) of Columbus; his sisters, Mary Mizek (Chris) of Columbus and Ann Garrison of Charleston, S. C.; his niece Molly; and his nephew Steven Garrison.
