He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Barlock and Jessie Barlock Miller (Hill); his wife Janice C. Barlock (Preece); his daughter Dawn Barlock Fonte; and his sister Shirley Stover.
He is survived by: his children, Robert J. Barlock of Florida, Troy Barlock (Kim) of Cambridge and Melinda Palmer (Alan) of Texas; his grandchildren, Justin D. Barlock, Alex N. Palmer and Camryn C. Barlock; and his sisters, Donna Callihan of Byesville and Janice Miller Thomas (Margie) of Massillon. He is also survived by many cousins and nieces and nephews.
