It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Patterson of Cambridge, Ohio, born in Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 17, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh D. Patterson and Sara Margaret Patterson (Mustard); his wife Liela Lee Patterson; his siblings, Sally Patterson, Billy Patterson, Jim Patterson and Sam Patterson; and his granddaughter Jamie Keylor.

He is survived by: his children, Molly Waggoner (Rick), James Keylor, Richard Patterson Jr., Alex Patterson (Andrea), Charles Patterson (Tracey), William "Bill" Patterson and Sam Patterson (Penny); his siblings, Louise Severns, Peg McQuain, John Patterson, Ed Patterson (Ruby) and Harry "Max" Patterson; his grandchildren, Cassie Conte (Chris), Toby Waggoner (Ashley), Keith Waggoner (Stacey Johnson), Calvin Patterson, Heather Blosser (Mitch), Haile Nelson, Carley Patterson, Brody Patterson, Allie Patterson, Robbie Patterson, Patricia Patterson, Sara Patterson, Cortney Williams, Nicole Matheney (Travis), Jennifer Patterson Eddy and Dakota Patterson (Jenna); his great grandchildren, Raiten, James Keylor, Cooper, Collin Conte, Tanner, Katelynn Waggoner, Kacey Waggoner (Jenna), Zachary, Abbigail, Anna Waggoner, Olivia, Lane, Laiken, Oakley Blosser, Cree Patterson, Brandon Patterson, Tucker Eddy, Lillian Patterson, Halie, Emilee, Lexy Warehime, Hunter, Riley Street, Diesel Watson, Conner, Trey Williams, Rihanna Davis, Sawyer and Cyrus Matheney; and his great great grandchildren, Ava, Mason, Wrenley Waggoner and Hensley Waggoner. He is also survived by many many nieces and nephews.
