We are sad to announce that on November 22, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Richard Duane Lyons Jr. of Cambridge, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard D. Lyons and Jean McDermott Lyons; his siblings, John Lyons and Connie Reinke; and his father-in-law John Tipton.

He is survived by: his wife Beverly (Tipton); his daughters, Diana Simmons (Todd) and Jean Lyons; his grandchildren, Abbie Lyons, Lexie Hoops, Aaron Simmons, Kayla McFarland and Gerald McFarland, Jr.; and his sisters, Kathy Shaner and Deborah Kennedy (Bill). He is also survived by four great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Trinity Baptist Church (7022 Bloomfield Rd, Cambridge, OH 43725). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

If you desire to honor him, in lieu of flowers a donation can be made to the Trinity Baptist Church building fund.
