He was predeceased by: his parents, Donis Royal Hagans and Alice Lucille Hagans (Kohl); and his siblings, Donna Border, Leota Brickles, Pat Hagans, Jim Hagans and Denzel Hagans.
He is survived by: his wife Rhonda K. Hagans (Geiger); his daughters, Chandra Singer, Andrea Hagans (Fiance' Brent McManaway) and Wendy Evans (Michael); his grandchildren, Jawann Singer, Kaleb Singer, Kiara Murphy, Tiana Moracco, Hailey McManaway, Weston Evans, Joselyn Evans and Calland Evans; his great grandchild Kingston; his sister Carol Sue Carroll; and also Bob Singer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
