"Terri" Scott (Potts); his sons, Jason Scott (Amy) of Uniontown and John Scott (Kerri) of Aurora; his grandchildren, Jake Scott, Ava Scott of Uniontown, Andrew Scott and Stella Scott of Aurora, Colorado; his siblings, Linda Kay Scott of Cambridge, Ohio and Shawn O. Scott of Millersport, Ohio; and his nieces and nephews, Karla Rumora (Jed), Kayleigh Scott, Kristi Wertheimer (Matt), Jack Scott (Erika) and Michael McKinney.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's or the Guernsey County Cancer Society.
