She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Casey Masters and Malcolm; her son Timothy Kiggans Jr.; and her sister Linda Hopkins. She is survived by: her husband Timothy C. Kiggans Sr.; her sons, Mike Kiggans of Cambridge and Jesse Kiggans (Natasha) of Byesville, OH; her grandchildren, Hunter, Alexiah, Alisa, Bryce, Courtney and Ethan; her great grandchildren, Hudson, Xenia and Hannah; and her siblings, Jim Swickard (Shawn), Bill Swickard, Ronnie Swickard, Betty Wiggans, Rosetta Wharton and Sherry Masters (Bill). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
