She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy G. Chase and Dorothy E. Chase (Lake); and her brother Curtis Chase. She is survived by: her husband James Allen Nay; her daughters, Polly Shoemaker (Mick) of Sunbury, Pamela Whittington (Eric) of Charleston, SC. and Patricia Malloy (Tim) of Westerville; and her sisters, Joy Weekly, Donna Bond of Londonderry, Carolyn Allen (James) of Old Washington and Vicki Keefer of Cambridge. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Patsy requested that donations be made to the church.
