He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob and Hilda Stephenson; his son Paschal Stephenson Jr.; and his great grandchild Sylvester Kelly Williams (Tre). He is survived by: his wife Jenny Stephenson of Cambridge; his sister Beverley Bent of England; and his children, Doraleen Kiza, Lisa Ekong, Dianne Campbell (OC) of Cambridge, Stephanie Saunders and Michael Halmon (Esther). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and many nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be mailed to Feed My People at P.O. Box 151 Cambridge, Ohio 43725, and Grace Pantry at P.O. Box 1435 Cambridge, Ohio 43725.
