He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Rhodes and Winnie Jane Rhodes. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Wharff Rhodes; his children, Lee Rhodes (Cindy) of Cambridge and Mary Jane Rhodes (Bob Cooper) of Cambridge; his grandchildren, Seth Rhodes (Emily) of Newark, Olivia Rhodes of Hilliard and Stephanie Conn (Adam) of New Concord; his great grandchildren, Teagan and Aidan Conn; his sister Esther Holman of Lakeland, FL; his nephew David Whited of Parkersburg, WV; and his pets, Foxy, Gene, Jasper and Ruthie.
Graveside services and burial will be held at 1 p. m. Thursday (August 27, 2020) at Mt. Hermon Cemetery, Cambridge, with Pastor Mark Slay officiating. [Please observe our Governor's current COVID-19 guidelines concerning social distancing as well as the wearing of a face covering, if possible.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Guernsey County Dog Pound or the Guernsey County Cat Shelter.
