He is survived by: his children, Stacy Wheeler (David) of Peoli and Chad Carter (Dawanetta) of Center; his grandchildren, Devin Wheeler (Stacy) of New Concord, Diana Wheeler of Parkersburg, Cory Wheeler of Peoli and Emily Wheeler of Parkersburg; his great grandchildren, Henry, Kate and Samuel; his former wife Linda Carter; and his sisters, Lois George and Dorothy King (Curt). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
