He is survived by: his girlfriend Louann Altier of Cambridge; his daughter Macy Starner; his sister Michelle Maguire (Bob) of Omaha, NE; his stepchildren, Deven Kinder of Cambridge, Brittany Bozarth (Joe) of Kimbolton and Andrea Hinkley of Parma Heights; his stepbrother Chad Byington of Cincinnati; and his grandsons, Parker Bozarth of Kimbolton, Carter Bozarth of Kimbolton and Owen Bozarth of Kimbolton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and good friends.
