He was predeceased by: his father Ray LeRoy Cecil; and his sister Christy Cecil. He is survived by: his wife Anna L. Cadmus Cecil; his daughter Moriah C. Cecil of Cambridge, OH; his siblings, Kim Cecil of Wheeling, WV., Jeff Cecil (Marybeth) and Kevin Cecil (Stacy); and his granddaughter Adalynn Cecil. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
