Hayhurst (Jim Hagen) of Zanesville, OH., Casey Hare (Tabitha) of Kimbolton and Adam Hare of Kimbolton, OH.; his sister Barbara Levenson of Miami, FL.; his grandchildren, Robbie Hayhurst, Riley Hayhurst, Rusty Hayhurst and Madelyn Siefker; and his adoptive daughter Margaret Browder.
