He is survived by: his father Michael Dzurikanin of Pittsburgh, PA; and his sisters, Diane Dzurikanin-Halt of Pittsburgh, PA, Stephanie Saus (Ron) of Whitaker, PA and Susan DiVito (Tony) of Penn Hills, PA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
