He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Joseph and Susan Duke (Harnyak); his daughter Michelle Lynn Duke; his siblings, Andrew, Thomas Duke, Irene Karpinsky (Ziggy), Patricia Chojnowski (Benedict) and Marilyn Francescangeli (Aldo); and his brother-in-law Rick Beaver.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Jean Duke (Morse); his daughter Melissa Eddy (Robert); his grandchildren, Sarah, Andrew, Emily, Darieen and Jersey; his great grandchild Paislee; his siblings, Eugene Duke (Maria), Susan Starr (Neil) and Judy Beaver; his brother-in-law Gerald Morse (Laura); his nieces, Tina Little (David) and Lisa Morse; and his great-niece Kristen Scott (Jacob).
