He was predeceased by: his parents, Cheney E. Paisley and Virginia K. Paisley (Talbert); his wife Inez C. "Katie" Paisley; and his nephew Robert Paisley. He is survived by: his children, Duane Paisley (Patti), Rene Price (Jamie), Greg Paisley (Kim) and Aaron Paisley (Jessica); his grandchildren, Bryan Paisley (Erin), Emily Smith (Jarrett), Michael Price (Carly), Adam Price, Sara-Kate Peterson (Brandon), Emma, Madeline, Thompson, Luke Paisley, Austin and Ryley Paisley; his great grandchildren, Addison, Cashton, Ellison, Sawyer, Evan and Ava; and his siblings, Larry Paisley (Carol), Gerald Paisley (Patty), David Paisley (Mel), Cherel Barton (Richard) and Carol Dobda (Mike). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
