He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Bell and Mabel Bell (Gasaway); and his brothers, Gary Bell and Wilbur "Skeeter" Bell. He is survived by: his wife Vangie Bell (Heath); his children, Cathy Seeley (Mark) of New Concord, Debbie Evans (Bruce) of Columbus, Cynthia Cowgill (Jeff) of Cambridge and Jeff Bell of Washington, DC; his grandchildren, Annette, Ted, Shawnee, Erica, Brianne and Lorrin; and his brothers, Ronnie Bell of Florida, Robert Bell (Shirley) of Martins Ferry and Charles "Butch" Bell of Martins Ferry. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Thorn-Black Funeral Home Inc. (139 S 9th St, Cambridge, OH 43725). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
