He is survived by: his wife Frances G. Clark (George); his daughters, Debbie Collins of Listie, PA and Cheryl Shumaker of Somerset, PA; and his sisters, Lois Meese of Somerset, PA and Shirley Nissen of Arizona. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
