He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lehotay and Agnes Lehotay (Love); and his wife Rebecca K. Lehotay (Abrams). He is survived by: his granddaughter Precious Mary Redd; his children, Matthew Lehotay (Kimberly Collart) of Cambridge, Douglas Lehotay (Jill) of Cambridge, Martin Lehotay II of Columbus, Marcus Lehotay (Brandy) of Jamestown, Marci Redd (Nathan) of Lore City and Hayley Abbe of Montville; and his siblings, Tom Lehotay of Cambridge and Mary (Jim). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Family and friends are all welcome, but due to COVID-19, FACE COVERINGS ARE REQUIRED.
