She was predeceased by: her husband Blaine G. Neilley; her parents, Edgar Fissell and Verna Inez Fissell; and her siblings, Howard, Floyd and Wanda Siegfried.
She is survived by: her son Grant; her daughter-in-law Sue Neilley of Baltimore, OH; her daughters, Brenda (Tom McCoy) and Heather (Scott Sheppard); her grandchildren, Drew, Liz Neilley, Marta, Daniel Ulry, Greta, Kyle Atwood, Alex, Hanna Neilley and Karen McCoy; her great grandchildren, Floyd, Eustace, Orville, Millicent and Mildred Ulry; her sisters, Janet Burns and Betty; her siblings-in-law, Donald Helman and Jeanne (Robert Nevel); her friends, Kathy Bowers, Vicki Keefer and Teresa Neff; her caregivers, Patty Bailey and Leona Dunham; her pet Ebony; and also Jocelyn Nevel. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
