He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Hickman and Edna F. Hickman (Roberts); his former wife Mary Frances Hickman; his son Jerry Hickman; his son-in-law Mark Kirkbride; and his siblings, Theodore Hickman, Kenny Hickman, Kevin Hickman, John Hickman Sr. and Florence Wyckoff.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Sue Hickman (Stephen); his children, Lee Ritterbeck (Laurie) of Cleveland, Robin Perry (Steven) of Las Vegas, NV, Holly Stoney (Scott) of Byesville, Tammy Hickman of Cambridge, Teresa Addy (Brent) of Cambridge, April J. Hickman of Cambridge and Debra Kirkbride (Rick) of Cambridge; and his sister Judy Coulson of Cambridge. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
