She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Smith and Mary Hill Smith; her former husband Harry Edward Roth, Jr.; her husband Edward Ross Weekley; her son Melvin Roth; her siblings, Worley Smith, Ada Virtue and Lucy Margaret Rusnak; and her grandson Jimmy Roth.
She is survived by: her children, Harry V. Roth (Nancy) of Lima, OH., Beverly McLane of Shadyside, OH. and Robert L. Roth (Diana) of Bellaire, OH; her daughter-in-law Carolyn Roth of Shadyside; and her stepchildren, Jeff Weekley (Michelle) of Brunswick, OH and JoEllen Gardner (James) of Belpre, OH. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
