She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Van Fossen and Fern Van Fossen (Warrick); and her husband Howard F. Henderson. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa L. Henderson of Pittsburgh, PA; her grandchildren, Luke H. Arnowitt of Richmond, VA, Lauren H. Arnowitt of Cleveland and Jerry Arnowitt; and her pet Obi.
