He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda McGilton (Lloyd) of Cambridge and Jodi Trott (Brent King) of Frazeysburg; his siblings, Ken Trott (Sherry) of Pleasant City, Frances Hayes (Art) of Senecaville and Sarah Norman of Colorado; his grandchildren, Brittney Starr (Dustin), Courtney McGilton (Zach Hendershot) and Trey McGilton; and his great grandchildren, Dawson and Brynlee Starr. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
