She is survived by: her siblings, William Fayne Thomas, Betty Ronshausen and Patricia Jones; her daughters, Trudy Lane Gibson (Jim) of Cambridge, Jan Jay Carnes (Kim) of Carmel, IN and Kimberly Clarke Hayes (Jeff) of Galena; her grandchildren, Chris Saltz (Cindy) of Carlsbad, CA, Doug Clark Saltz (Amy) of Chagrin Falls, Jason Gibson (Kim) of Bremerton, WA, Ben Carnes (Carmen) of Westfield, IN, Luke Carnes (Karyn) of Orlando, FL, Sam Carnes (Caitlin) of Coatesville, IN, Kellen Hayes (Lisa) of Westerville, Kayleigh Buchbinder (Nash) of Columbus, Jake Hayes (Paige) of Westerville and Josh Hayes (Jackie) of Cleveland; her great grandchildren, Ashtyn Saltz (Camille), Abbie Moore (Royal), Sofia Saltz, Ashley Gibson, Lauren Elaine Yeager (Dave), Lillian June Carnes, Hunter Clark Carnes, Blakely Ann Carnes, Ellis Elaine Carnes, Julianna Marie Hayes and Harper Anne Hayes; and her great great grandchildren, Harper Julie Saltz and Conner Yeager.
