She is survived by: her children, Susan Sneddon (Mike Carpenter) of Cambridge and Bruce Welsh (Rita) of Leesburg; her grandchildren, Jessica Hagar (Mark), Steven Whaley (Jenna), Devin and Colin Welsh; her great grandchildren, Emma, Ellie Hagar, Jaxon and Stella Whaley; her aunt Vernell Speckert of Port Richey; and the father of her children Charles Anthony Welsh III.
