She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry R. Oakley Sr. and Doris A. Oakley (Peyton); her husband George Lucas; her daughters, Cindy Wells, Beth Cross and Kelly Williams; her granddaughters, Sara and Trisha; her brother Harry "Bud" Oakley; and her sisters-in-law, Mildred and Judy Oakley.

She is survived by: her siblings, Robert Oakley of Cambridge, James "Pete" Oakley (Sandy) of Cambridge and Pat Wilhelm (Bob) of Byesville; and her grandchildren, Seth Cross of Cambridge, Timmy Williams of Cambridge and Lisa Rhyne (David) of Lincolnton, NC. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
