She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Kackley and Marie Opferkuck (Oliver); her husband Joseph Frank Stavely; her brother Willmus "Will" Kackley; and her nieces, Sandy Withers and Sue Voorhies.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Realme (Juan) of Blacklick, Sherry Smith of Cambridge and Shelly Cale (Troy) of Cambridge; her grandchildren, Eric Neuhart (Vanessa) of Blacklick, Craig Neuhart of Texas, Michael Smith (Mindy) of New Concord, Angela Varwig (Johnny) of Kentucky and Dr. Natalee Noche (Justin) of Ashley, Ohio; and her sister-in-law Esther Kackley of Florida. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many near and dear close friends.
