He was predeceased by: his parents, Enos Wagler and Catherine Overholt Wagler; his wife Ingrid Buch Wagler; his daughter Lila; and his sisters, Jean, Miriam and Dorcas.

He is survived by: his son John Jamin; and his siblings, Marjorie, Lois, Rhodora, Kari, Phil, Mark and Paul. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.

“I'm so sad to hear of John's passing. I knew him & his wife Ingrid when they were in Boulder, Colorado. My husband & I were in the outpatient program whereJohn was a director in 1987. Ingrid was our therapist. She was present for the birth of our triplets on September 27, 1991 in Denver. Bless John's heart. He had to get her there in the middle of Denver rush hour traffic. Jim & I both had such high regard for John & Ingrid. So sorry they have passed...would love to find John Jamin....Tommie Rog”
