He is survived by: his wife Diana Johnson Caldwell; his children, Karen Duff (Bob) of Cambridge, OH., Brian Caldwell of Kimbolton, OH and Mark Caldwell (Nathaly); and his brothers, James A. Caldwell (Marjorie) of Cambridge, OH and Don R. Caldwell (Dottie).
