John Daniel Shepard Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Daniel Shepard of Cambridge, Ohio, who passed away on January 6, 2021 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas L. Shepard and Hazel M. Shepard (Belkey); his wife Helen Shepard (Voytko); his siblings, Robert, Paul M. "Cy", Ronald "Payne", Harold "Herk", Warren "Ed", James Shepard, Molly Goduto and Mary Gerber; and his half-brother Thomas Shepard.
He is survived by: his children, Randy L. of Cambridge, John T. (David Polakowski) of Galloway, Debbie McKee (Mike) of Cambridge and Cindy Robson (Dick) of Nashport; his granddaughters, Janielle Bevington (Chad) of Hilliard and Jenna Roberts (Kyle) of Hilliard; his stepgrandchildren, Annie Polakowski (Sarah) of Hamburg and Germany; his grandson Tao Zhang; his great grandchildren, Charlie Thea Roberts of Hilliard and Dempsey Mae Bevington of Hilliard; and his sisters-in-law, Marcella Shepard of Cambridge and Agnes Allison of Byesville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donation to be made to The Guernsey County Library in John's name.
