He is survived by: his wife Alice Hines Cowgill; his children, Carla Allgeier (David) of Noblesville, IN, Nancy Whaley of Mantua, Ronda Facemire (Paul) of Elizabeth, WV and Dustin Cowgill (Peggy) of Byesville, Ohio.; his former wife Vida Cowgill; and his brother Herbert "Joe" Cowgill (Donna) of Zanesville.
